Visiting Nonna and Lunch w/Maria...

Yesterday was fortunate to visit with my friend, Maria....we went to the Yard House....THAT is OUR PLACE!! WE LOVE IT THERE.

Then today had some wonderful, outdoor time with Nonna...(my Grandma)....

It was A M A Z I N G ! ! !

Today was fortunate to show some homes in Rancho Cucamonga that are Rentals. Also, enjoyed the two Lewis Communities, "Jamboree" and "Homecoming".
Thank You to the professionals that helped my client and I. You were great!!

BACK FROM VEGAS....AND BACK TO WORK ;)

Yesterday was my first day back to work. It feels great to be back!!!

Had a great time in Vegas. Visited some restaurants that were simply, "Out of this world!!".....The time away was very much appreciated also.

The Market is still in a minor state of decline, actually my thoughts are that it will decline a bit more through the end of the year, but this is of course, totally unpredictable. Only time will tell.

I am looking forward to a few upcoming meetings and more additional research so I have a better feel for how things are since I've been off for three weeks.

Spent lots and lots of time with Nonna which I will never regret. Thank You to the powers that be!!! Also, I'm very thankful for having the time to visit with some of you ;)

If you are considering buying, there are some really FABULOUS DEALS/SCREAMING DEALS out there. Lots of competition for those too...but may be worth it. Only you can decide.

WORDS OF WISDOM FROM A 92 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER...

Today while I was visiting my Grandmother she taught me the following:

1) Always say, "Thank You".

2) Eat in smaller portions.

3) Ask people how they are feeling? Or "How are you?"

4) Smile with your eyes.

5) Laugh whenever possible.

6) Don't always have such serious conversations....

and don't be afraid to make fun of yourself...

7) Kiss your family Member "Goodbye".

The Center of Attention....

Met with a few of my longtime friends and clients yesterday....Yes, while on vaca....LOL

We had a great time.....Cathy (rt) and Carol (lft)....Cathy has been a client for over 10 years and also helps me with marketing/promotional items. It was great to hear about Cathy's travels and since Carol is visiting from Indiana right now....that was fun to see her too and hear about all the fun they have been having in Oregon and at local Casino's....Los Angeles Train Ride with lunch @ Felipe's, etc. I just love them!!

Then, got to see and visit with Steve. Steve and I have been friends over 10 years, he's a past client (twice) and I took these great pics of him in PS, on our way to dinner. Oh, I've got to tell you.... We saw Cloris Leachman @ dinner (one table away), FUN!! What I love most about these pics is that they are the only four I snapped of him. He's so in his element in them....this is his normal golfing cap/hat...isn't it great?!!! THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY DINNER, AND YOUR FRIENDSHIP, AND BUSINESS, STEVE.
