Make An Offer on It...Today!!

Today I was showing homes and it has been going well.........I believe 2009 will be an EXCELLENT & OUTSTANDING YEAR to purchase a new piece of real estate.
Maybe your primary residence, maybe a rental/investment property.
Whatever the case, be sure that when you see the one that you like, and that feels
right, that you jump on it. Don't hesitate, unless a voice in your head, or something
in the bottom of your stomach says, "Wait, don't do this!!"....then L I S T E N .

As a real estate professional, it's important to take heed and listen to my clients'
gut instincts....ultimately it will be them who are living in the property and making
the monthly payments. That's why I let them do the deciding.

Sure, I will help figure out which one of the homes is the better buys, along with
analytical documentation showing why and how.....it's important to all my clients
as well as myself, to ensure they are getting the most for their money. If not, why do it?

So, next time you are looking, and find the right home....JUMP, JUMP, JUMP....
(ESPECIALLY IF IT FEELS RIGHT)

Call on me anytime.....for Professional, Friendly Service.

Clinton Responds to Criticisms.....

Hello!!
I am back to work this week and things are busy, busy, busy.
Are you ready to buy? If so, please call me. I have alot of GREAT BUYS
that are just waiting to be snapped up!! Seriously ~

Last week was probably the toughest, or one of the toughest weeks of my life.
I want to say a big, "Thank You" to many of you. You have all been so wonderfully
SUPPORTIVE, FRIENDLY & KIND. I was writing "thank you" cards over the weekend,
and one of the common threads on alot of them was.....
"It's people like you, who make times like these, easier to get through."....

Nuff said.....

Found this article, or even the thought of criticizing Bill Clinton for our state of affairs (economically), interesting. Also, thought that I would add: Nobody thought about it
or was upset at him when they were riding high. Sad...and this is one of the reasons, I
think that being the President of Anything can be challenging...especially, The GREAT COUNTRY
OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
AMEN....Read on if you like....here's the link:

NEW TAX CREDIT.....

HOT OFF THE MEDIA PRESSES & DELIVERED FOR YOU.....Today!!!

Last evening the United States Senate unanimously passed a bipartisan amendment, offered by REALTOR® Champions, Senators Johnny Isakson (R-GA) and Joe Lieberman (ID-CT) to the Economic Stimulus Bill creating a $15,000 tax credit to individuals who purchase a home in the next year.

Specifically, the Isakson-Lieberman amendment to the pending economic stimulus bill would provide a direct tax credit to any homebuyer who purchases any home. The amount of the tax credit would be $15,000 or 10 percent of the purchase price, whichever is less. Purchases must be made within one year of the legislation's enactment, and the tax credit would not have to be repaid.

The amendment would allow taxpayers to claim the credit on their 2008 income tax return. It also seeks to prevent misuse by only allowing purchases of a principle residence and by recapturing the credit if the home is sold within two years of purchase.

The amendment would sunset the current $7,500 housing tax credit on the date of enactment. While the final details of the Stimulus Bill are still being debated, this amendment represents a tremendous step forward in NAR's efforts to stabilize housing markets around the nation. Because of the efforts of REALTORS®, we expect the final Economic Stimulus Bill will contain several major housing provisions.

We will continue to update you as the bill progresses through the legislative process.
